The Bristol Beacon Access Register is a free to join initiative that helps you buy tickets and attend events. We encourage Deaf, disabled and neurodivergent people to join our register so we can ensure you have an excellent experience at our venue.
The registration form will ask you questions that include:
- Your name and contact details
- Information about your access requirements
- Evidence that entitles you to a free personal assistant ticket
The application can be made by either the disabled person or by their personal assistant (essential carer) if they will be booking tickets on behalf of the disabled person.
What happens after I complete an application?
After you have submitted an application, our box office team will review the information you have provided. They may contact you for further information if necessary. Applications are usually reviewed within 72 hours.
Once registered, you will enjoy priority booking and a free ticket for your Personal Assistant to support you during your visit.
