We try our hardest to ensure all performances go ahead as planned. But unfortunately, sometimes we have to cancel an event. One of the most common reasons is due to an artist not being able to perform. We will always inform you why a performance cannot take place.
If we have to cancel a performance, we will offer you either:
- a rescheduled date where possible
- or a refund of the ticket’s face value, not including the booking fee.
The booking fee contributes to our ticket retail, distribution and technology costs, which in turn allows us to reinvest in Bristol Beacon, our charitable aims, our technology and the services we provide. This fee is non-refundable.
How will I find out if my event is cancelled?
If we have to cancel or reschedule an event, we will contact you via email immediately. We will let you know if a new date is confirmed, or likely to be confirmed soon. If an event is cancelled close to the event date, we may also send you a SMS message or call the number on your account.
If you have purchased tickets through a ticket agent (for example See Tickets) they will contact you directly to inform you the event is being cancelled.
Can I be refunded on any personal expenses?
If your event is cancelled all personal expenses, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, and subsistence arranged by you/your party, are at your own risk and will not be compensated.
