All tickets are sold on a non-refundable basis as per the Ticketing Terms and Conditions. We cannot refund or exchange purchased tickets.
We cannot refund or credit any tickets purchased through a ticket agent (for example See Tickets).
Ticket returns
If you are unable to attend an event, there may be instances where we can take tickets back. These instances may include if:
- a show is sold out,
- and there is plenty of time to resell them.
The decision to accept returned tickets for resale is at the discretion of our Box Office.
Cancelled and rescheduled events
If an event cannot take place, we will first try to reschedule the event to a new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, we will refund the ticket's face value, not including booking fees.
If the event is cancelled with no future date, we will refund the ticket's face value, not including booking fees.
If we need to cancel an event, or you cannot attend a rescheduled date, all personal expenses, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, and subsistence arranged by you/your party, are at your own risk and will not be compensated.

Sickness and ill-health
Refunds are not available due to sickness or ill-health. However we do offer ticket protection via Booking Protect, which is available when you purchase your tickets.
